Directions for Use
Take one capsule daily in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before sun exposure. During periods of high-intensity sunlight or prolonged outdoor activity, take a second capsule 4–6 hours later. Crucial Note: Heliocare Ultra Capsules are designed to complement, not replace, topical sun protection. For maximum efficacy, always use in conjunction with a high-SPF topical such as Heliocare 360 Airgel SPF 50 or Heliocare 360 Fluid Cream SPF 50.
