Directions for Use
Consume one capsule daily in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before sun exposure. During periods of intense or prolonged exposure, a second capsule may be taken 4–6 hours later. Note: Oral supplements are designed to complement, not replace, topical sun protection. For maximum efficacy, use in conjunction with Heliocare 360 Fluid Cream SPF 50 or Heliocare Gelcream Colour Light SPF 50.
